I'm Back!

Hello ripe readers!

I know I usually use this section to answer all of your health and fitness-related questions, but I feel like this would be the best place to give you some updates.

Just in case you didn't know, over the last month I've been super swamped finishing up the semester as well as my degree. And guess what? I passed and graduated! And somehow I managed to do it without an ulcer or an aneurysm, which is the real feat I think.

Then shortly after graduation I took a well deserved trip to Mexico. It was so much fun and so relaxing. It definitely wasn't the healthiest trip I've ever taken with the abundance of tacos and soft serve ice cream, but it was still a wonderful vacation.

I had a great time, but I'm so happy to be back. Plus I have loads of columns and tasty recipes to share with you.
